Hello Everyone,
Today, is a very special day indeed! The first two singles that are going to appear on The Childe soundtrack are available now on iTunes and Amazon MP3 ;D We're so excited to debut these songs! The full album should be available in the coming months, probably around the time we release the 2nd book in The Childe series. Every song was inspired by the words of the 1st and 2nd novels, and cover a variety of genres including pop, dance, country, rock, r&b and classical. Our wonderful musician friend, Lee Wilson, is the producer on this whole project and has written all of the songs, with Adam's help on several of them. So plese check out the songs below, and do leave your comments about what you think of them! :D

Author Angel Haze Spills The Tea About Her New Book

About the Author:
I'm a Canadian author who is an avid reader of fantasy, thriller, and mystery novels. I write both fantasy and thriller novels. My free time is spent dancing, fitness training with P90x, watching movies and Game of Thrones. Legacies of Talimura: War of the Witch is co-authored by my husband, Slade Sewell. Slade grew up as an only child, and, therefore, developed an active imagination. His free time is devoted to the three things he loves most: hockey, Romance of the Three Kingdoms, and RPG games.
Legacies of Talimura: War of the Witch:
Debonair, a witch from the Unspoken Lands, has meddled in the forbidden practice of magic and created an army of nightmarish proportions. When sixteen-year-old Astanyx and his two best friends return from a hunting trip to find their small town of Polca reduced to smoke and ash, they find themselves thrust into a battle for which they haven’t been trained.
With the help of his comrades, including an esteemed warrior, one of the last great wizards and a princess they’ve sworn to protect, Astanyx must fight to unite the kingdoms of the humans, dwarves and elves. He must ask forbidden questions that no one wants to answer, questions about Talimura’s dark history. As Debonair’s brutal warriors lay siege to the kingdoms, Astanyx is driven to pursue a fateful quest for a blade powerful enough to defeat the malevolent witch before she destroys the three kingdoms and unleashes an unspeakable ancient evil.
1.In five words or less, how would you describe your YA fantasy novel Legacies of Talimura: War of the Witch?

2.Where did your draw your inspiration for your story Legacies of Talimura: War of the Witch?
Slade originally designed War of the Witch as an RPG game, entitled Legacy. That was about twelve years ago. When we started dating, he showed me the storyline and suggested we work on it together. Ideas catapulted from there! War of the Witch was inspired by RPG games, Romance of the Three Kingdoms (which is extremely hard to find in English), Warcraft, and over-active imaginations. (And I emphasize the over-active imaginations because, well, we're a bit on the crazy side.)
3.Which one of your characters would you have wanted to grow up with and why?
Slade: Gadfort. To grow up learning fighting techniques, training with the dragon knights, and being surrounded by dragons would be awesome!
Angel: I'm undecided. (Why do I have to choose just one?) On one hand, we have Astanyx and Ramza, two fun-loving sixteen-year-olds with a great sense of humor and the ability to kick some orc and hellfang butt! On the other hand, we have Princess Luccia. At first glance, she may appear to be a beautiful, sweet, trusting princess the boys are sworn to protect, but Astanyx soon finds out she's a girl who goes after what she wants and can hold her own in a fight.
4.What do you admire most about your main character?
I admire Astanyx's ability to stand up and fight, and challenge people regardless of their status. When Debonair's army threatens the fate of the three races, he must challenge the dwarven and elven kings and asks forbidden questions about Talimura's dark past. Despite his doubts about himself, he can rise up in dangerous situations and push people to take action. He is the first to volunteer for the dangerous quests, in spite of the odds stacked against him.
5.What element of your story did you enjoy writing the most and why?
I loved writing the battle scenes. They're fun, strategic, and action-packed. I especially love writing about Talimura's dark past and scenes from Debonair's point of view. I love delving into the twisted mind of villains. ;)
6. What do you enjoy doing when you're not writing?
Watching movies, dancing, P90x, the beach, karaoke (I'm a few steps up from butchering. Okay, maybe not that bad, but not great either.) I'm also addicted to candy and chocolate. Mmm...chocolate... :) Slade enjoys hockey, video games, and trading currencies.
7.We know that writing is a lot of work. Some days scenes flow well, but other days they make you want to pull your hair out. How do you get over the days where you feel nothing in your story is coming together?
I do a lot of planning before I begin my book to avoid those crazy days when nothing seems to work. Of course, it doesn't prevent every obstacle. Sometimes, I just need a break and to remove myself from the story, whether that means switching to another project for a short time or taking some time to myself. Or taking a chocolate break. Speaking of which...
Motivational stories or reading a good book gets me excited about my own work and thinking about all the possibilities! But, one of the best things is throwing around ideas with Slade. It is one of the most exhilarating things I've ever experienced. I've never been so certain about our books than the moments we combine our ideas. It reinforces my beliefs that this is what we were meant to do and we were meant to do it together. Once my mind is relaxed, the wheels start turning and then I can't type fast enough!
8.If you could have a paranormal power or be a certain creature, what would it be?
The ability to stop time. The world would be your playground. You could go anywhere or do anything you want. You want to travel the world? Just freeze your travel time and you could be half way around the world in a second. If you get caught in an earthquake, freeze time and leave the city!
